ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI), formerly IIT, is a Prime Small Business Contractors for the Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Contract. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), manages the RS3 contract with a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period. RS3 provides support services for a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of mission areas for programs with C4ISR related requirements. Areas of support include: Engineering, Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), logistics services, acquisition and strategic planning services and education and training services.

Since its inception, the RS3 has seen expansion both in terms of scope of service represented in task orders, as well as customers beyond ACC-APG.

SeaPort-NxG is the U.S. Navy’s enterprise-wide multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle used to acquire Engineering and Program Management services across the Navy and Marine Corps. It provides a streamlined path to compete and award task orders for work such as systems engineering, logistics, software development, test and evaluation, training, and financial management. ROGERCO holds a SeaPort-NxG prime seat under Contract Number N0017825D770.
