We are pleased to announce that Jack Perrin has joined RCI as our new Executive Vice President of Operations.

Jack brings more than 28 years of experience in military leadership, aviation, acquisition, and program management, along with a strong commitment to servant leadership. Originally from Northwest Iowa, Jack grew up on a farm where he learned the value of hard work and personal responsibility—qualities that have guided him throughout his career.
After graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 1994, Jack began his service in the Marine Corps as a CH-53E helicopter pilot at MCAS Miramar. He completed three deployments, including two with a Marine Expeditionary Unit, and later graduated from the Naval Test Pilot School in 2005. As a test pilot, he flew over 35 different aircraft before transitioning into the acquisition corps. He went on to serve in key roles within NAVAIR, including on the Presidential Helicopter and H-53 programs.
In 2016, Jack was selected to command DCMA Sikorsky. He later became the Major Program Manager for the H-53, where he led the CH-53K development effort while also managing in-service support for CH/MH-53E/D aircraft. His career has been defined by leading high-performing teams in complex and mission-critical environments.
Jack and his wife, Shannon, have been married since 1994 and are the proud parents of four children, ranging in age from 15 to 26. They currently live in Missouri to stay close to their extended family. In his free time, Jack enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
In joining RCI, Jack is focused on building strong internal connections and supporting our teams across the organization. He values open and honest communication, active listening, and fairness in every interaction. In the months ahead, Jack plans to meet with team members both in person and virtually to introduce himself and hear directly from the people who power RCI’s mission.
Please join us in welcoming Jack to the team. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the leadership and insight he will bring to RCI.
