
Tab Ward, Executive Vice President – Growth
We are pleased to welcome Tabatha “Tab” Ward back to ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) as our Executive Vice President of Growth! Tabatha brings a BBA in Business Law, an MBA in Project Management, and an MS in Integrative Health Science with a focus on women’s health and executive wellness. She is also a Certified Executive and Business Coach. She previously led as RCI’s SVP of Business Development and Marketing from 2022 to 2023.
Tabatha enjoys working with future business professionals. She has supported curriculum development and mentoring in various roles, including Advisor to the University of South Florida Graduate Marketing Programs and Business School Mentor for the University of Miami. Her commitment to nurturing talent extends to her work with professional and personal associations, including as a previous Executive Board Member for Girls Now Woman Later – a Georgia-based non-profit.
With nearly two decades of experience, Tabatha has explored many facets of growth-driven organizations. She began her career as a Strategic Analyst for merger and acquisition activity, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors. Her extensive experience includes leading commercial and SLED proposal management and contracts for a B2B subsidiary of public Value-Added Reseller, Connection, as well as global opportunity management for Fortune 150 pursuits as a consultant and with companies like LHH and Randstad RiseSmart, developing business development strategies, teaming, building foundations for federal, SLED and commercial growth for small to mid-cap organizations, and before returning to ROGERCO, driving new market growth as a Business Development Executive for a large federal contractor. Throughout her career, Tabatha has excelled in steering organizations through revenue challenges and complexity. Her passion for growth is matched by her enthusiasm for developing and leading teams that are both fulfilled and empowered.
Outside of her professional life, Tabatha is an avid reader and Tudor history buff. When she isn’t dusting off her antique books, you can find her joining a local trivia night with friends, kayaking, hiking, golfing, traveling, and exploring new activities. Tabatha resides in Peachtree City, GA, with her four children.
