  • Oversight of daily administrative, quality of life, facilities, logistics and training tasks
    Research and analysis of data and information to allow for well-informed program growth and improvement decisions
    Coordinating acquisitions with appropriate personnel within established timelines
  • Drafting documents as required, such as congressional inquiries, program management reviews, purchase request forms and testing and evaluation exhibits

Our team helps our customers to prepare and organize information for financial statement audits, as well as helping to draft audit reports. RCI brings understanding of appropriate accounting and control systems, allowing for smooth comprehensive evaluations. We also stay on top of all relevant policies and guidelines to ensure all expectations and regulations are in effect. In addition, RCI has experience reviewing and analyzing financial data and working with budget offices to input, review and adjust budget information as needed.

Our team helps customers with operations, long-term planning, coordination services, resource management, organizational re-design and facility investment. We coordinate maintenance, inspections and training to ensure proper operations in customer facilities.
